Velocity Vector

looking for a classic arena game.

I saw this game in one of those classic game anthologys for the playstation.

The game supportd up to 2 people and you would start off have to go through areas. in each area you would have to face tons of enemys while picking up prizes. when you reach the end of each level (which consisted of a buch of different areas)you would face a giant boss. and then once you beat the boss it would talley up your money and prize and show you a total and if you where playing with 2 people you where trying to compete for the most stuff. the game consisted of many levels with different bosses at the end of each. The last level you face the anouncer but it was his body on tank weels. the game played from the top view.
