Velocity Vector

Can anyone tell me the name of this game?

I played it back in the mid 90's and can't remember the name. I remember that the main character was a girl and you had to go around in what I think was a colonial type setting. I'm guessing you had to solve problems in some way. I remember one of the levels was doing ben franklins kite experiment. Any help would be great, this is really killing me. THANKS!
