Users with the most referrals during the current month are listed in a "top referrers" list on the left side of the front page of this site. This provides a much more prominent link and more users than a traditional exchange of reciprocal links.
Points
One point is awarded to each user's account for each referral. Another point is awared for referrals during the current month.
